Vlookup error

this is not the first time i use Vlookup function , the problem is the resutl that it gives me is #N/A
i checked the formula once tiwice and every thing is quite perfect but I dont know why it gives me this result.
plz do some help !!

"N/A" means that the vlookup formula cannot find what you are searching for in the corresponding data. If you know the what your are looking for is in the data, one thing you may want to do is check the data for extra spaces before or after the text. If the data does not match what you have in the vlookup formula, it will not find it.

After posting, I noted tha VoG posted before me. I would go with his suggest first. He is way above me in using Excel.

every thing is working fine , i tried to check again , what i missed to say that I'm using Vlookup function in one column for examble C and the other column for examble D i'm using again Vlookup function but thru the column C
is it ok , or the formula will not accept
kindly advise

=VLOOKUP(V19;[GOSI_Statement_31.05.11.xls]GOSI_Statement_31.05.11!$A$5:$K$210;11;0)

looks OK to me. If it is returning #N/A check the link that I posted for possible reasons and solutions.

guys
every thing is working fine, i checked

Lookup_value<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>
Table_array<o:p></o:p>
Col_index_num<o:p></o:p>
Range_lookup<o:p></o:p>
they are all in good, no any error , the function is working pretty good , but I dont know what the hell with it. why it keeps giving me this #N/A

no extra speaces
all cells formate as General whither is for Lookup_value or table_array
