vlookup for the text cells

Hi
Request your help to pull the values from the Excel file 2 to excel file 1.

The source cell is text in nature.


Need to do the Vlookup, please suggest the way to do the vlookup.
Exce file 1</SPAN>Values</SPAN> Exce file 2</SPAN>Values</SPAN>
ABC</SPAN>vlookup to pull the values</SPAN> EFG</SPAN>25</SPAN>
EFG</SPAN> XYZ</SPAN>31</SPAN>
XYZ</SPAN> ABC</SPAN>25</SPAN>
