vlookup for the text cells

Request your help to pull the values from the Excel file 2 to excel file 1.

The source cell is text in nature.


Need to do the Vlookup, please suggest the way to do the vlookup.

Exce file 1</SPAN>	Values</SPAN>		Exce file 2</SPAN>	Values</SPAN>
ABC</SPAN>	vlookup to pull the values</SPAN>		EFG</SPAN>	25</SPAN>
EFG</SPAN>			XYZ</SPAN>	31</SPAN>
XYZ</SPAN>			ABC</SPAN>	25</SPAN>

<TBODY>
</TBODY><COLGROUP><COL><COL><COL span=3></COLGROUP>
