I have a range of names in Table 1 Column B, I would like to match that to names in Column J. If those names match I need the information from Column K to populate in Column C.

Hope this makes sense, please help.

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
Hi & welcome to MrExcel.
How about
Excel Formula:
=IFNA(INDEX($K$2:$K$100,MATCH(B2,$J$2:$J$100,0)),"")
