Greetings, I have a worksheet that in column B is the item number, column D is the items description, column L is a quantity, and column N the the unit of measurement. In column D I'm using a validation drop down box for the user to choose a particluar item. I then use VLOOKUP in the mentioned columns to tag an item number and unit of measurement. Some of the items that are in the description column have equations in the table_array which is W2:Z63 that the VLOOKUP feature finds while others have to have the quantity manually input on the sheet. Is there a way that I can have the user manually input the quantity on the sheet without their input deleting the VLOOKUP feature in that cell? Hopefully this makes sense. Thanks for any help.
