vlookup help

I have a gradebook that I am setting up. Here's my grading scale:
>90 = A
80-89.99 = B
70-79.99 = C
60-69.99 = D
<60 = F

All of my averages are in column D and I want the letter grade to display in E. Thank you!!

You can use the VLOOKUP function ... as in cell E2 ...

=VLOOKUP(D2,{0,"F";60,"D";70,"C";80,"B";90,"A"},2)
