hey, I am trying to create an Add-in function to my excel sheet. Basically, I need it to say
=if(isna(vlookup(Lookup_value,Table_array, Col_index_num,[Range_lookup])),"0",vlookup(Lookup_value,Table_array, Col_index_num,[Range_lookup])) .
I have been manually typing this function in when I need it, and am looking for a quicker solution. any ideas?

Excel Facts

Copy PDF to Excel
Select data in PDF. Paste to Microsoft Word. Copy from Word and paste to Excel.
that totally works, i am typing this functions hundreds of times a day and so it would be nice if there was a quicker way of of getting there.

so you have hundreds of ranges that require individual lookups? i don't follow why are you typing hundreds, you still have to fill in the lookup cell / range /and the column.
if you really are typing this hundreds of times just put in note pad
=iferror(vlookup(a1, B:B,1,0),0) and copy paste change lookup range and col index to suit,
however is this just a question of autofilling down the formula?
