Hello,
I'm hoping someone might help with what is hopefully an easy fix for my novice skills!

I essentially need to VLOOKUP (or MATCH / INDEX) Column B in Worksheet1 to that of cell B2 in Worksheet2, then if it finds a match I need to HLOOKUP the cells for that row. Any guidance from an awesome individual would be greatly appreciated!

[=VLOOKUP($B14,Sheet1!A5:A12,HLOOKUP(I$13,Sheet1!$A$6:$P$12,4,FALSE),FALSE)]

Thanks very much

Can you sort left to right?
To sort left-to-right, use the Sort dialog box. Click Options. Choose "Sort left to right"
I think the question is a bit vague for anyone to really understand the requirement. Maybe give some examples?
