I am trying to add numbers in column 4 based on dates in February which are in column 1. I only want to add together the ones in February and then be able to do the next months to come.

So I have :
1/31/2011 4 1 300.00
2/1/2011 5 2 300.00
2/2/2011 6 2 200.00

All the way down to 2/28/2011, I want to sum up column 4 only from 2/1 - 2/28 but I don't understand how to add up the sum of a vlookup?

Thanks for looking and trying to help.
