i have a vlookup function..it looks in an array A1:B10 for example

but if A2 contains an #N/A it always gives back the value of B1...is there a way to solve this?

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
Could you post your function/formula?

Is yuor 4th argument TRUE(1) or FALSE(0)?

VLOOKUP(lookup_value,table_array,col_index_num,range_lookup)

but then it stops also when the first code is similar right?

when you look for cb0123466
and a1 = cb0123467
and a2 = cb0123466

it stops at a1 or not?
