vlookup in different sheet

using a vlookup to search for data in a different sheet which works fine, but when the data is changed in the remote sheet it doesnt pick up the changes and shows what the old information was.

Only way i can make it pick up the changes is reneter the formula in the original sheet any ideas??

even if i change to match index formula still the same
