Vlookup in Excel from Access Database

Hi,

I have an excel spreadsheet in column A I have a set of data and access database with 24 column.

I need to put compare the data in excel (Column A) with access database (Name: RDD.accdb with table RDD-BR ) column 11 and pull the data from access and paste in column B to Y (which is 24 column.

Is this is possible, please help me.
