VlookUp Multiple Matches & Display Labels

Hello,
I have data with over 50K rows.
I'm trying categorize this data for analysis.
The data looks like this.

Orange_Shirt_P	$50
Orange_Shirt_C	$40
Orange_Shirt_P	$10
Orange_Shirt_C	$5
some misc data here	$70
Black_Shirt_P	$20
Black_Shirt_C	$19
Black_Shirt_P	$12
Black_Shirt_C	$5

I want to categorize the higher prices together and the lower prices together.

Orange_Shirt_P	$50	High P
Orange_Shirt_C	$40	High C
Orange_Shirt_P	$10	Low P
Orange_Shirt_C	$5	Low C
Some crazy data here	$70	N/A
Black_Shirt_P	$20	High P
Black_Shirt_C	$19	High C
More Crazy data here	$500	N/A

You could do this very simply by using a Pivot Table...

3​	Orange_Shirt_C	$40		Black_Shirt_P	20​	12​

5​	Orange_Shirt_C	$5		Orange_Shirt_P	50​	10​
6​	some misc data here	$70		some misc data here	70​	70​

I used Item as Column label
Then I inserted Price twice, and set the 1st up as Max and the 2nd up as Min (you could add a 3rd for avg if you wanted)
