I've got a number of tabs on a spreadsheet, on one i have some details of records, artist, title catalogue number etc - and i want to match the catalogue number on sheet 1, to the catalogue number on sheet 2, returning the Image URL from the matching row in sheet 2

I'm using vlookup, that may not be the best, but i thought it would work.

Column P has the cat number
i want to match it to to cat number in WHILESAL tab, column C and return the URL value in column M

=VLOOKUP(P1, WHILESAL!$C1:M35000, 11)

C1 to M35000 covers the necessary data array, with M having the URL i want to return - 11 being the 11th column where i want data returned

So i get back the correct format

but not the correct jpg location

Easy Website Builder | Web Hosting Included | Ownwebsite.com - which relates to an entirely different record that i can't pick why Excel has chosen that one...

Any suggestions?

Excel Facts

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
Could be because you're using approximate match instead of exact, see if this fixes it.
Excel Formula:
=VLOOKUP(P1, WHILESAL!$C1:M35000, 11,0)
