VLOOKUP on MAX value.

Hi All,

Bit of a conundrum....I have the below data (as an example). I would like the correct answer to go in Cell H1.

I would like to look up Cells E1:G1. If E1 is the highest value, then input the name from Cell B1, If F1 is the highest value, then input the name from Cell C1, if Cell G1 is the highest value, then input the name from Cell D1.
I have manually input the name 'Collins' in the example below.

=INDEX(B1:D1,MATCH(MAX(E1:G1),E1:G1,0))
