You want to lookup the *last* instance (from the bottom to the top) of the items in column A.

So, if you do a lookup for "C" the result you want is 81.

If that's what you want then try this...

D2 = lookup value = C

=LOOKUP(2,1/(A2:A7=D2),B2:B7)
