VLOOKUP question

I'm trying to use a vlookup to figure out how to add commision per shares on my workbook

here is my commission info:

under 25 shares: 12.00$
from 25 to 49 shares: 1.5% of purchase price
from 50 to 74 shares: 1.25% of purchase price
from 75 to 99 shares: 1% of purchase price
over 100 shares: 50$

all of my purchase price info is listed on another worksheet along with the number of shares bought....I'm sure this should be easy but i am having trouble setting up the table for the shares and price, and setting up the VLOOKUP formula-im guessing vlookup would be my best bett...
