I have created a purchase order in excel and it includes a macro that logs the data from the po once it's completed into another worksheet (including purchase date). I would like to write a formula that will look up the last purchase by ingredient number and return the ingredient price. Basically when we enter a new ingredient for purchase on the po I would like to have a field off to the side of the actual po that gives you last purchase price so you can have more information at time of purchase.
This log includes multipule purchases for the same ingredient number so a standard vlookup only returns the first one on the log not the last one purchased. Thanks!
