Hi

How to do write a formula for the following.

I want to look for A5 in sheet2 column B ,and in the same row, if sheet2 column E = U and sheet2 column F = L then FALSE

=NOT(AND(VLOOKUP(A5,Sheet2!B:F,4,FALSE)="U",VLOOKUP(A5,Sheet2!B:F,5,FALSE)="L"))
