VLOOKUP stopped working

I know this sounds crazy but none of my vlookup formulas are working!
They did yesterday - any clues?

When I say not working, I mean that the values are not changing when the lookup value changes.

Is calculation set to automatic? Tools > Options > Calculation tab.

I think you'll find there's a key combination that could set calculation to manual - you may have pressed this by mistake.
