Hello All,

I am Not a excel genius.

I am trying to make a file in which i canauto fill information of employee on one single page. I have one file (Workbook 1)which has 52 tab (Each weekending Sunday). I want to make a formula in which if i put week ending and Employee number it gives me their performance data from another workbook (IE Workbook 1)

scenario

If Tab name match to cell D4, than find employee number from the list and give me data which i need. (There are 11 Performance data which i need from each tab)

Please please help me with this.

Employee IDEmployee NamePerformance OnePerformance 2
123ABC84%95%
548HYZ100%68%

I want formula by which i can get those information and i can change cell value to respective performance which i need.

All Help is really appreciated. Thanks in Advance.

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
I would put all your data in one table and use a pivot table to analyze the data.

Thanks for response but its for making report which employee can see every week. There is format of document which i am willing to make from it.
Pivot table is not option for me. I am trying to create something which is kind of similar like mail merge.

Thanks
