Vlookup when Lookup_Value starts with "~" seems to always returns N/A even if there a value to return.

I have rechecked my formula several time, its works with all value on my list except when lookup_value starts with "~".

~ is obtained on my keyboard (set as English United States) by clicking on
Shift + the key just left of the "1" key.

Anybody knows how to resolve that problem without changing the ~ in the lookup_value field (since this caracter is necessary to keep the field as a primary key)

Thanks

Louis
