VLOOKUP with 2 conditions

Is it possible to look at 2 different columns and if both are true THEN return a vlookup value?
What I "need" is IF the closed Resolved value is "No" AND VIP is TRUE then vlookup to show the description...
Now that I am typing this, I see a problem.
In the example there would be 2 it would return. Is there any way to display both (IN 2 cells)? I don't think there would be....
Any help would be appreciated if you have read this far.
