Vlookup with multiple data points for the same name match

I have a data table that shows a manager's name in column a and the different job titles that they manage. Because the manager name repeats, I'm trying to muster up a vlookup formula to get all of the positions listed for the manager w/o repeating his name each time.

A B
John Doe Reporter I
John Doe Locksmith IV
John Doe Mechanic II


Want:
John Doe Reporter I
(no name) Locksmith IV
(no name) Mechanic II

The manager name and reporting position are on a different tab in case that matters.
Can anyone help?
