Hi There,

Is there a way to use the Vlookup function to have it meet more than one criteria? For example if it's July and Department A then go to sheet 1, columns A:H. If it's May and Department B then go to sheet 1 columns I:T.

I have a lot of data originally on 15 tabs. But I've found a way to consolidate it into three buckets because there can only be 7 statements. I need a work around.

Any suggestions?

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
I should also mention that month and departments are selected from a drop down list which are located on B1 and B2.

How mnay different ranges do you have? You gave A:H and I:T as examples, will all your ranges be different sizes like this? Will the VLOOKUP be the same except for the lookup ranges?

Yes. All the ranges (number of columns) will be the same. However, the columns used will be very large, all the way IV.
