Vookup? with several criteria?

I need to pull the value ( name ) from Column "O" when the game matches another it's self.

Criteria 1 Same date is found
Criteria 2 Team in Column D is found in Coulumn C

In the case highlighted in RED
Q9 should have CHIWhiteSoxBuehrle
Q14 should have KCRoyalsHrnndz


Since I have 5000 games total I need a forumula to read the array's and
pull the data when the two criteria are true?

Any ideas?

first of all your explanation does not match your posted example. where do you need to search for your criteria? and is the only criteria to have more than one match?

As I could not see column O I retrieved the data from column G instead...

Formula must be entered with Ctrl + Shift + Enter.
