Hi,

Formula in F2 and copied down & across,

=INDEX(VSORT($A$2:$D$5,$A$2:$A$5,1),ROWS($A$2:$A2),COLUMNS($F$1:F$1))

In F8,

=INDEX(VSORT($A$2:$D$5,$B$2:$B$5,1),ROWS($A$8:$A8),COLUMNS($F$1:F$1))

In F14,

=INDEX(VSORT($A$2:$D$5,$C$2:$C$5,1),ROWS($A$8:$A8),COLUMNS($F$1:F$1))
