want draw map in excel - pl help me

i just want to locate below city in excel map .....how i should do that ....please advise step by step process

city name (Malaysia)	business volume
Meru	20%
Klang	19%
Kapar	22%
seremban	6%

how i can display these item in excel ..

Get a copy of malaysia map from: File:Malaysia location map.svg - Wikimedia Commons
Past it into Excel
Use Google Maps to locate the cities
Add callout boxes in Excel that point to the city sites on the pasted map
Update callout boxes with your numbers
