Want independent ribbons in Office 365

My organization uses Office 365. I created a second workbook by copying a first workbook. But the problem is the ribbons of the respective workbooks are not independent, instead, changing the ribbon in workbook 1 changes the ribbon in workbook 2 and vica versa. That is not what I want, I want completely independent ribbons. What can be done?

I venture to guess that there are no "ribbons of the respective workbooks." The ribbon's content and organisation are dictated by the programs' installation of Office and the user's customisations on the local computer and not by any single file.
