Want result as Average instead of SUM or Count in Pivot Table

Hi everyone. I am facing hitch with pivot tables. I drag values from the "Chose fields to add to report" to the values area but it presents in the pivot table as either "Count" or "Sum" of the chosen fields. I want the fields to be presented as "Average" of the chosen field. How can I do this without having to manually change it because I have over 50 fields and changing each manually is time consuming. Please help.

I don't think that there is a way (other than VBA) to do more than one value at a time. You can try something like this:
