Hi, I have a cell (B1) that where i would like to put a user selected specific date and time. I then would like to add minutes that I have in another cell (C1) and would like the new date and time in a different cell (D1). I will be using 24 hr clock, how would I go about doing this??

For example) I pick march 1/11 4:00 as the date and time for cell B1.
In cell (C1) I have a value of 16271 minutes. I would like to add this to the datea and time of cell B1 to get the cumulative date and time in cell (C1). How do I go about doing this?

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
Hi,

I did that but it just returned a number value?

I gave random numbers in my example. Here are the exact values I am using in the cells.

B1: 02/02/2011 4:00

C1: 16271

Going with your suggested formula the value returned to me in D1 was <TABLE style="WIDTH: 88pt; BORDER-COLLAPSE: collapse" border=0 cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width=117><COLGROUP><COL style="WIDTH: 88pt; mso-width-source: userset; mso-width-alt: 4278" width=117><TBODY><TR style="HEIGHT: 12.75pt; mso-height-source: userset" height=17><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: #f0f0f0; BORDER-LEFT: #f0f0f0; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; WIDTH: 88pt; HEIGHT: 12.75pt; BORDER-TOP: #f0f0f0; BORDER-RIGHT: #f0f0f0" height=17 width=117 align=right>40587.46647</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>???

I need d1 to be in the same format as B1 (date and Time)
