When I run a macro of mine. Simply copying figures from one workbook and paste to another. I seem to be getting a warning messge.

A large amount of information on the clipboard message.

Is there a way of avoiding this message.

Easy bullets in Excel
If you have a numeric keypad, press Alt+7 on numeric keypad to type a bullet in Excel.
Are you clearing the clipboard after the copy and paste operation? Like:
Application.CutCopyMode = False
