Hello,

I have created a waterfall chart where the starting and end positions are in million.

However, the waterfall movements are in thousands. Upon creating the chart, the movements are virtually none existent in the chart.

Is there a way to adjust the scaling of the columns so that the information can be a lot more presentable?

If anybody can assist that would be most helpful

Thank you
Krishna

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
What I have done in the past is to reduce the bounds on the minimum category in Millions to a higher value so it doesn't start from zero. Go into the format chart and click axis options change the minimum boundary to 6M or perhaps higher? This will effectively zoom in the chart and stretch out the thousand changes. Play with the minimum boundary and see what you can stretch.

That's the only way I could ever get it to be more presentable as it was always obvious that the start and end positions were in Millions anyway so starting from zero was pretty redundant to the overall chart from an insight perspective.
