I am trying to put a watermark in an excel document but can't figure out how to make it work.

Excel doesn't support "watermarks" as such but gives instructions as to how to make a virtual mark by placing a custom image into the header or footer bar.

The problem is that I can't make the header bar bigger such that the image crosses the entire page. I just get a tiny part of it in the top where the normal header should be.

Does anyone know how to put a watermark across an entire page in Excel?
