Hello,

Is there a way to highlight a column header to flag the user that a negative value has been found in that column?

I know you can highlight the cell containing the value itself then filter but some spreadsheets can span 100 columns and 1000's of rows so it's a tedious task to filter for color on each. There are times when there aren't any negative values at all so it's a hunt each time.

In each spreadsheet the header would be in Row 1 but as i said, column count does vary depending on the situation.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
You can use conditional formatting, select the header row & use this formula
Excel Formula:
=COUNTIFS(A:A,"<0")
