Web Interface to Excel

I am not a professional, just a golfer helping out with the club website. I need to get data to/from our website and certain spreadsheets. At this point I'm making tables in Frontpage using cells from the clipboard.

I need to be able to fill in a cell (Y/N) when a user checks or unchecks a checkbox. I do know a little VBA, not so good with web-based forms.
