Web Query Confusion/Help!

Hi everyone, first post! Anyway, I have an issue which I cannot find the answer to regarding excel web queries. I work for a staffing company and am trying to help our recruiting department locate licensed therapists. Each state has their own online verification site. I hoped to create a web query to pull data from the Texas State board's site:
http://www.ecptote.state.tx.us/license/verify_physical_therapist.php
but am unable to do so. I know the URL does not change when I enter search parameters, so I assume this is the culprit. If I want to search all therapists licensed in TX and put that data in a spreadsheet:

1. Is it possible on a website such as this.
2. If so, how would I get the results to navigate to each new page (as only 15 results are displayed per page).

Not looking for a complete code from anyone, just a point in the correct direction or a "not possible" would suffice. Thanks!

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
