Website for consolidate and generate excel reports.

Hi folks...

i am new to this forum..

i have some excel files with daily base data update from various places, i want to make a website with following requirements.

1. upload the excel file
2. consolidate the files with various options like place based items or item wise
3. drag and drop interface like pivot table
4. generate reports in pdf and excel
5. user creation and assign roles like guest can upload and generate some reports only, admin can modify the data also. like that.

please suggest me how can i make website with the above options.
