Week numbers

I have a table with several weeks data . How can I show only laste weeks data.
IE max of weeks minus 1.
I need to this with out entering the required week.
IE I want to export the report on a monday morning with last weeks data only but still need to keep all data week on week.

Sorry but I do not uderstand how this works . What is table 5?

its just an example table I used to test it out
you have to substitute your own table name and column name
