I am looking to get a weekly average for sales in January. I have the date listed from F11:AH, and by store C12:C29. Is there such a formula to calculate the total units sold by week?

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
Sort by date Sort by votes
You could use the following process to calculate it.

Enter the following formula in C1 and copy it down:

=WEEKNUM(A1)

And then enter the following formula in G4 and copy it down:

=AVERAGEIFS(B:B,C:C,F4)
