Weeknum returning #value

Good morning,

I am having some problems figuring out this problem I am having I am importing some data into excel I am tring to get the number of the week some of the cells in my workbook with no problem however some of them aren't giving me a #value. I tried changing the date value to what the others are but the cells are the changing properly. I am trying in both excel 2007 and 2010 with the same problem. I searched google and nothing I thought maybe my regional setting but no go, any suggestions ??

Maybe the imported dates are text entries rather than serial dates. You can quickly convert them using Data|Text To Columns and selecting the date format at Step 3 of the Wizard.
