Weird data entry problem

I encountered a weird problem these days when I use excel. Everytime I entered a number, like 52, after I pressed enter, the number became 0.0052. I examined the tools, format, data,.... Just don't know what is going wrong!

Have you checked the Fixed Decimal option on the Edit tab when you goto Tools>Options...?
