Weird Excel 2007 Problem No Rows or Column Header

Hello
I don't know what happened
I downloaded some sample excel file online and after that all my excel file doesn't have any rows or column header and when I click certain cell it shows
R1C1 instead of A1
R2C1 instead of A2
R1C3 instead of B1

image removed, sensitive data

Please help me fix this ASAP I am stuck

Click the Office button (top left), click Excel options. You should find the options to show row and column labels and turn off R1C1 Reference Style.

Select the View tab, then check the Headings option.
