Weird problem - sheet change, long calculation time

WOW, I just found this weird problem in my workbook.

In some cells (they are blank) if I try to paste into them, the paste works, but then the program freezes. If I simply hit delete on the cell, it takes about 1 second to calculate, and then it changes **** sheets all by itself.

Any worksheet events code that could be triggered each time you do the paste or delete? Eg Worksheet_Change.

I have code that simply changes sheet (for a button instead of clicking the tab at the bottom)

It must be something to do with my macros but because when I don't enable, i don't have the problem.
