What can cause Excel to flicker the screen for example?

I have never seen this effect so it would be awesome if you could show me or by a little code what can make screen flicker so much.

All macros I recorded are flicker-free, so I don't know any practical example, for what setting screenupdating to false would be helpful ( I mean flickering now, not speed)

So do you have any flickering macro examples? Thank you very much

Create code that open excel files and close them also in the code, you see the screen updating if you run it
