Hi have a column that returns Average handling times for each 30 minute interval

ie

270
260
280 etc

I have a cell where I put a Desired AHT to add/take away (say 10)

so I’ll have 270 +10
260 + 10
280 + 10 etc

I have a total AHT column that is
Sumproduct(Call Data Column, AHT Data Column)/Total Call Data say it gives 275 after AHT adjustment

If say before Adjustment it was 270.. what I want to do is a have a formula that will always give me the original value of 270 no matter what adjustment is applied

I have a formula that is literally whatever the
Current AHT overall - Adjustment which in theory should go back to original value but it doesn’t always give right original value

on some occasions I have to do Adjustment Value/2 and sometimes without dividing by 2 and I just don’t know when it works and I need to divide or not divide by 2

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.

Same formula but refer to the original data column instead of the adjusted column.
