What is make my document to huge

Hi Guys,
I have a spreadsheet with a few formulaes on , overnight it has suddenly gone from a 50Kb to a 600kb spreadsheet and I can't work out why. Does anyone have any ideas to work out what is causing my spreadsheet to grow so big?

Maybe it's formatting. Is the worksheet's UsedRange the size you would expect?
