I m a bit stuck which way to go or which course to choose to resolve the following issue.

I have a table of 1500+events in 30+topics
The events took place all around the globe in the past 3years.
Events were lasting 1-5 days. Locations were fixed.
This system is not sustainable.

So I m asked to analyse the past 3years and make suggestion in order
to cluster up to 5 -6 topics per event, in order to consolidate expenses, create more hype etc. Locations are not fixed but continents will be and dates can fluctuate a bit.

So for example if you had a European topic A in Warsaw in Mid May and in Vienna European Topic B . Why do not consolidate topic A and B in one city in Europe around the same dates

If I had to analyse 10events I could them by hand of course and prepare a nice presentation.
But with 1500+events this is impossible.
Power Query Dash Boards or multiple pivot tables, what is your advise to analyse and present?
I am adding a very small sample

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
