What is the quick shortcut/Hot key that ive seen when applying code down the page

Hi,
As per title,
I have seen a video which had no sound & wasnt clear what he had done BUT he entered a formula into say cell A10
Now he didnt grab the marker in the bottom right corner of that cell and drag to say A123 But used some kind of sortcut / hot key etc

When you then looked down the page the formula was in every cell from A10 to A123

Do you know what it was,thanks.

Are you sure he didn't have data in the next column and just double click the bottom right hand corner?

Hmmm
This was early this morning & cant remember but i think it would save me time when dragging down long columns.
I will need to try and find it again and take note.
