Hi
I asked this question before and I got an answer. The answer was Visual Basic.
Now I came to this link which says it is written in C++

Which one is the the right one. Thank you so much.

Excel and MS Office is written in plain and simple C. There are a few books about it and websites.

A few things in the front end gui are quite possibly written in either C++.

The majority of the recent versions was written in C++ (I state was as I am not aware what the very latest versions are written in).
